1. Promoter
This promotion is organised by Duvouale Studio Limited, Auckland, New Zealand (“Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Open worldwide, except where prohibited by law or where local registration, bonding, or permits are required.
Shipping availability is subject to carrier restrictions.
Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
Not open to employees, contractors, or immediate family members of the Promoter.
Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on the date the corresponding Instagram post is published and closes at 23:59 New Zealand Time (NZT) on the day before the announcement date specified in the post.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

Follow @lufudufu on Instagram.
Or share the giveaway post.
Or comment on the giveaway post.
Or tag at least one friend.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) LUFUDUFU® product of their choice: an art print or a book.
Prize will be shipped worldwide, at the Promoter’s expense.
No cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be chosen at random within three (3) days of the closing date.
Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @lufudufu account only.
Winners must respond within 72 hours of notification. If a winner does not respond, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Winners may be required to provide proof of age or identity before prize dispatch.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Publicity and Winners List

Winners’ first names and country of residence may be published on the @lufudufu Instagram account.
In line with UK rules, a winners list may be made available upon request to regulatory authorities. Winners may object to this disclosure at entry or at notification.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be collected and used only for the purpose of administering this promotion and delivering prizes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

9. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility. Participants acknowledge they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

10. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
