Fulfillment, Shipping, Delivery

At LUFUDUFU, some items are lovingly handmade in our studio, while others are fulfilled by trusted specialist partners around the world. This blended model helps us serve you more efficiently while maintaining the standards of quality, consistency, and care.

Fulfilment

LUFUDUFU products are fulfilled either in-house or through trusted international fulfilment partners, including printers, manufacturers, and distribution centres.

  • Handmade items are created with love in our studio.

  • Other items may be printed, assembled, or shipped from fulfilment centres closest to your delivery location.

  • This approach helps reduce waste and carbon emissions by producing items nearer to you.

  • Fulfilment partners are chosen for their reliability, environmental practices, and attention to detail.

Depending on the product and your location, items may ship separately in multiple parcels. This is normal.

Each product page includes item-specific fulfilment, shipping, and delivery information, and any special handling notes. Please read carefully before purchase.

*By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Fulfillment, Shipping & Delivery Policy. These terms form part of your contract with LUFUDUFU.

Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of payment, once authorised and verified.

  • Made-to-order / Custom order items are handled on case-by-case basis and may require longer processing times.

  • Framed items may take 2–3 weeks, depending on production origin and your location.

 

We ship worldwide (with some exceptions) using reliable couriers via our trusted fulfilment partners.

Shipping timelines vary by item type, destination, and courier service.
Items may be dispatched from different locations and arrive in separate parcels.

Once an item is shipped, we are not liable for:
- Courier delays
- Customs clearance
- Force majeure events (e.g. weather, strikes, natural disasters)

However, we always strive to fulfil and ship your order as promptly as possible.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

These are estimates only and may be affected by customs delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. We make every effort to meet estimated timeframes; however, we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

  • We do not control customs processes or fees and are not liable for additional import costs.

  • You agree to cover any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, levies, or clearance fees associated with receiving your order.

We work closely with carriers and brokers to help minimise delays at customs where possible.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your parcel seems delayed, please first check with: Neighbours, Building management, Safe drop areas.

If your parcel is missing:
Contact us at contact@lufudufu.world with your order number and tracking details.
We will coordinate with our fulfilment partners to investigate and assist wherever possible.
