This page outlines how the intellectual property of LUFUDUFU may be used, shared, or licensed. All content under the LUFUDUFU name is protected by international copyright and trademark law. Any usage requires prior written permission.
Supporting the Artist
LUFUDUFU was created with great care, imagination, and love. By respecting copyright and licensing terms, you help preserve the integrity of the work and ensure the world of LUFUDUFU continues to grow.
Protected works
All LUFUDUFU content is the exclusive intellectual property of the creator and artist Tatiana Duvouale, under Duvouale Studio Limited, and includes (but is not limited to):
• Original illustrations and character designs
• Story rhymes, book layouts, and written content
• Product concepts, packaging, and visual branding
• The name LUFUDUFU, its logos, and the entire fictional world
These works are protected under:
• The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
• The TRIPS Agreement (WTO)
• International trademark law under the WIPO Madrid Protocol
• National and regional copyright legislation, including:
- New Zealand Copyright Act 1994
- UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA)
- United States Copyright Act of 1976 (Title 17, U.S. Code)
- European Union Directives on Copyright and Related Rights, including Directive 2001/29/EC
- Australian Copyright Act 1968
- Japanese Copyright Act (最終改正 令和2年法律第50号, last amended 2020)
- People’s Republic of China Copyright Law (2020 Revision)

Prohibited Use (Without License)
Without express written permission, you may not:
• Reproduce or copy LUFUDUFU content in any form (digital or print)
• Use illustrations, characters, or text on merchandise or commercial products
• Share or sell printed or digital copies of any LUFUDUFU work
• Use LUFUDUFU content in advertising, social media, campaigns, or educational settings
• Create derivative works (e.g. remixes, edits, adaptations of the characters or content)
Unauthorized use may result in takedown requests, copyright claims, or legal enforcement under international IP law.
Licensing & Permissions
Permissions to reproduce LUFUDUFU content are granted only in writing by LUFUDUFU Licensing. If someone claims to have authorization, you may verify their license ID by contacting: contact@lufudufu.world
LUFUDUFU Licensing does not grant permission via third parties, verbal agreements, or social media messages.
Collaborations & Retail Enquiries
If you are a gallery, shop, publisher, or brand interested in licensing LUFUDUFU content, we welcome aligned proposals.

How to request a License
To use LUFUDUFU content for commercial, educational, or public purposes, written permission must be obtained in advance.
Please fill in the form below or email: contact@lufudufu.world
Include the following in your request:
• Your full name or organization name
• What you would like to use (e.g. specific image, rhyme, or design)
• Purpose of use (e.g. product, media, event, educational material)
• Where and how it will be used (e.g. website, exhibition, printed material)
• Duration and geographic scope
• Your website or relevant social media profiles
All licensing requests are reviewed carefully.
LUFUDUFU Licensing aims to respond within 3–5 business days.
