We want you to love what you receive.

LUFUDUFU includes both handmade items from our studio and products fulfilled by trusted third-party partners — including specialist printers, manufacturers, and distribution centres worldwide.

Each product page includes item-specific fulfilment, shipping, and delivery information, and any special handling notes. Please read carefully before purchase.

Our fulfilment model relies on global partners — some items are made-to-order and shipped directly from international facilities. As such, shipping times, packaging, and delivery methods may vary.

Items may be produced and shipped from different locations, and may arrive separately.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, wrong selection, or general dissatisfaction. All sales are final once processed.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us at contact@lufudufu.world within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. If the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement with the relevant fulfilment partner.

Replacements are issued for the same item only, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. No store credit or substitution is issued unless agreed in writing.

If you are located in the UK, EU, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, China, or the USA, your local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. Nothing in this policy overrides those rights where they apply.

All concerns are reviewed case-by-case and handled with care and legal compliance.
